The 6TL-34 is a top class servo controlled test handler, with modular control concept, following the FastATE® technology.
The 6TL-34 features a robust mechanical press system, based on four spindles and sliding columns, which is driven by a digitally controlled servomotor.
The 6TL-34 handler is prepared for high dimensión DUTs, up to 455 x 600mm.
